Carole Bower, M.A., P.C.C.-Supv. has been in private practice since 1993, and opened 3C Counseling & Consulting Services in 2001. She holds an M.A. in Mental Health Counseling and a B.S. in Criminal Justice from the University of Cincinnati.  Carole has additional training in Marriage and Family Therapy and Play Therapy for children. Special areas of interest and expertise are the effects of nutrition and exercise on Behavioral health and Adoption and Attachment (R.A.D.)

Carole is E.A.G.A.L.A.-certified in the use of the Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy model, and in 2005 began H.A.P.P.E.N.I.N.G.S., an experiential outdoor therapy program utilizing horses for producing insight, growth and change in clients. She serves as Director of Heavenward Farm and Horsemanship, the nonprofit that hosts H.A.P.P.E.N.I.N.G.S. and other therapeutic equine programs. She is married and the parent of four children, two adopted cross-culturally.

Heather Nguyen is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.  She holds a B.A. in Psychology from Ashford University and a Master's of Science  from Capella University.  She served in the US Air Force for ten years, including tours in Germany and the Middle East.  Heather seeks to help couples and families forge successful and satisfying relationships.  She also enjoys working with individual adults and youth to overcome difficulties and implement solutions, so that they can experience the lives they were meant to live. 

Heather is married with children.  She enjoys spending time with family, crafts, travel, and learning about other cultures and languages.  She volunteers in the community and through the church she attends.

Johnny Williams is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with a B.A. in Psychology from Cleveland State University and an M.A. in Clinical Pastoral Counseling from Ashland Theological Seminary. He has extensive experience in treating clients with substance abuse and addiction problems, as well as schizophrenia and schizoaffective disorder.  Johnny is dedicated to bringing hope and healing to individuals, couples and families in the process of coping with, managing, and recovering from mental illness or emotional trauma.  He provides assessment, diagnosis and therapy at 3C Counseling & Consulting Services. 

Johnny is married with grown children. He enjoys gospel music and worshiping God,  fishing, watching action movies, and spending time with his grandchildren.

Linda Witt, M.A., P.C. received her Master of Arts in Counseling from Xavier University, after having been a biomedical researcher and Chemistry instructor for many years. She has extensive training in Play Therapy with children, and has taught parenting classes.  Linda also has interest and experience with geriatric populations and helping families of persons suffering from dementia.  She believes in integrating the spiritual component into therapy. 

 Linda has served as President of the Greater Cincinnati Counseling Association.  Outside of the office, she enjoys nature and traveling, and is active in her parish.  She is married with two adult daughters.

Sabrina Mignerey received her M.A. in Mental Health Counseling from Cincinnati Christian University, graduating Chi Sigma Iota.  She served as an intern with us to develop her interest and skills in Equine-assisted Psychotherapy.  She is pursuing a post-graduate certificate in Adventure-based Therapies and Equine-assisted Mental Health.  Sabrina works with children, teens and their families through our H.A.P.P.E.N.I.N.G.S. program, and has a special interest in Trauma-Informed Care.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Sabrina enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, kayaking and spending time with her horse, Ranger.
